Zoe Hilton

Zoe Hilton is the Innovation Programme Manager for Cardiff and Vale UHB. She drives transformative change, collaborating across sectors to support assessment, development and adoption of health innovation. A champion of social justice, equity, and inclusion, she empowers patients and staff, ensuring services are built with and for those who need them most. Her expertise spans Nursing, Clinical Research, Leadership and Humanitarian Aid. Currently pursuing an MSc in Advanced Healthcare Innovation and Transformation, she is dedicated to shaping the future of healthcare through strategy, collaboration, and bold, people-centred innovation.
