Wendy Rayner

Wendy has over 15 years experience supporting leaders and oragnisations.

She has worked internationally in Europe, Australia, Asia and the USA and has experience in consultancy, private sector and the public sector. In her field she is considered one of Scotland’s leads for the circular economy and focuses on societal, environmental and economic benefits to Scotland. She is longstanding member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and sits on the IoD Scottish Advisory Forum. She understands the role of the Trustee and after previously serving as a Trustee for a youth focused charity for a number of years she was keen to get involved and support Project Change.

Wendy is currently Head of the NHS Scotland Circular Economy Programme at the Scottish Government and is also Scottish Chair for the Chartered Institute of Waste Management in Scotland.
