Tom Wright

Tom is Director of Sustainability at Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH) and West London NHS Trust. He led the establishment of a strategic partnership for sustainability across the two organisations in 2022. The role encompasses the full range of sustainability workstreams from models of care to estates, procurement, travel and staff engagement. It involves collaboration with four Integrated Care System’s and Local Authorities across eleven London boroughs Hertfordshire.

Tom was Commercial Director at CLCH from 2015 and, prior to that, Divisional Director for Women and Children’s at Hillingdon Hospitals.

Before the NHS he worked in the IT/Computing sector in a range of senior commercial roles including Business Development Director at Psion PLC and Managing Director of Psion Software.

Tom has a science degree from Cambridge University and an MBA from INSEAD.

He has a longstanding passion for sustainability. Outside work Tom is a Director of Brent Pure Energy, a community organisation delivering renewable energy solutions to schools in Brent. He is an IEMA Associate and in 2020 he completed the Business Sustainability Management Course with the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
