Mark Thomas

Mark's journey with the NHS began over 20 years ago, driven by a desire to help organisations harness the power of data. Throughout his career, he has worked with national teams, gaining extensive experience in data analysis, quality improvement and performance management. This path eventually led him to roles as an operational manager in Health Boards.

Mark's passion for quality improvement brought him back to this field, where he continues to support teams in making meaningful changes. In his current role, he is responsible for developing strategies to integrate quality improvement and programme/project management into healthcare. He also shares his wealth of knowledge and experience with his team and the broader health system.

Dedicated to fostering the growth and development of staff, Mark empowers them with the skills and confidence needed to enhance the quality of care for the population and improve processes for healthcare professionals.
