Dr Jennifer Hill

Jennifer Hill is the Innovation Lead at NHS England, where she led the development and now oversees the delivery of the NHS Innovation Service (innovation.nhs.uk) —a free, national platform that connects innovators with expert support across the health and care system.

The service provides access to key national and regional organisations including NICE, MHRA, NHS Supply Chain and the Health Innovation Network, helping to accelerate the adoption of impactful innovations that improve patient outcomes and system efficiency.

Jennifer brings experience in clinical guideline development and health system improvement. Prior to her current role, she led development of numerous NICE clinical guidelines at the Royal College of Physicians and at the Royal College of Surgeons. Her work helped shape evidence-based practice across a wide range of clinical areas, supporting consistency and quality in care delivery nationwide.

With a strong track record of driving collaboration between clinical, academic, and policy stakeholders, Jennifer is committed to ensuring that the NHS remains at the forefront of healthcare innovation.
