Huw Griffiths

Huw Griffiths is a Senior Service Improvement Manager at Cardiff and Vale UHB and a Spread and Scale Academy Fellow at the Dragon’s Heart Institute. Huw is a physiotherapist by background, specialising in public health. He is interested in the human side of change, as well as strategy and long-term thinking, and how a person’s life journey and values can influence their decision making and be used to motivate those around them. Huw teaches a session on this as part of the Spread and Scale Academy.
