Clayton Green is Managing Director of 361 Degrees, an HVAC and building services specialist delivering mechanical solutions across commercial, Life Sciences and highly technical environments.

With a strong focus on project delivery, Clayton leads 361’s approach to providing practical, technically robust HVAC solutions that work in the real world — from design and pre-construction through to installation, commissioning and ongoing operation.

His experience spans complex building services projects where performance, reliability and coordination are critical, including specialist research and life sciences environments. Clayton is particularly focused on bridging the gap between engineering design and successful on-site delivery, ensuring that proposed solutions are buildable, maintainable and capable of delivering the intended operational and energy performance.

As part of 361’s growing retrofit and decarbonisation capability, Clayton is helping clients move beyond high-level sustainability strategies towards practical interventions that improve building performance while minimising disruption to occupants and operations.
