Charlotte Carson

Charlotte Carson is an experienced facilitator, educator and sustainability lead with more than ten years’ experience supporting change across healthcare, communities and the arts. As Lead Facilitator at the Centre for Sustainable Healthcare, she develops and delivers education programmes and supports initiatives that strengthen sustainable healthcare practice across the UK.

Her approach combines skilled facilitation with education and movement building, creating the conditions for people from different organisations and sectors to develop shared understanding, strengthen relationships and move towards practical action.

Charlotte spent five years as Sustainability Lead at Frome Medical Practice, working collaboratively with Somerset Integrated Care Board and partners across health, community and local government.
