Hannah Bysouth

Hannah graduated as an Adult Nurse from King's College in 2011 and has held nursing positions in acute medicine and Intensive Care Units, and participated as an active link nurse.

She completed postgraduate diploma in Tropical Nursing in 2013 and later Masters in Advanced Practice with Infection Prevention and Control (2019).

Hannah has worked in IPC since 2015 where she started with the team at UCLH, she currently works as the Deputy Director of IPC at West Hertfordshire where she manages the IPC, Vascular Access, Surgical Site Infection teams a specialist in the Built Environment. Hannah is the England Country Lead for Infection Prevention Society (July 2025-to Present) and Trustee for the International Federation of Infection Control (January 2026).
