Phillip McLean
Head of NHS Facilities and Environment - Scottish Government
Phillip McLean is the Scottish Government’s Head of NHS Facilities and Environment. He joined Scot Gov’s Health Infrastructure and Sustainability Division in May 2020 and led the development of the NHS Scotland Climate Emergency and Sustainability Strategy.
He first worked in health policy between 2017 and 2020 as part of Scot Gov’s Primary Care team. Before that he worked as a lawyer in the Government Legal Service for Scotland.
